TERMS & CONDITIONS
We provide a complimentary consultation for every prospective new client. During this consultation, we will learn about your needs and how we may be of service. We then create a "customized service package" for you according to your needs, requests and schedule.
Our services are offered hourly and monthly, and you can cancel agreement at anytime with a 30 day notice.
A monthly retainer payment option is available, payable in advance of service delivery. Packages must be used within 30 days from the date of first service. Clients will receive an itemized statement of services provided and a balance, if any, on their account. Hours not used within 30 days cannot be rolled over or refunded.
All services are calculated in 30-minute increments. If the services requested are of an out-of-the-office nature, the time begins when the concierge associate leaves the office or the location of the last client (whichever is closer). There is a 2 hr minimum for out-of-the-office services.
Membership rates, as well as non-member hourly rates, include the first 25 miles per day for errand-running or out-of-the-office services. After the first 25 miles, there is a charge of $0.55 per mile billed to client.
All memberships as well as non-member hourly services must be paid in advance before services are rendered. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Check, and Paypal. Charges from any third-party vendors or merchandise purchased on the client's behalf (always with client's permission) will be billed to the client and a 5% convenience /administrative fee will be added to the final bill, $100 returned check fee for all returned checks.

Individuals 65 and older receive a special rate of $15/hour.

We are available before or after normal business hours with advanced notice . We are closed on all major holidays for all services unless arrangements have been made prior. Additional fees will apply after-hours, weekends, holidays, and for expedited services for non-members.
Application and Agreement
Please note that all clients will be asked to fill out a one-time Client Services agreement, which will allow us to provide the most efficient service to you. All clients will be asked to sign and accept our "Agreement."

Gift Certificates are available in any denomination for any of our services, whether it is for one of our exclusive memberships, a few hours or our á la carte services. We can send it to you or gift wrap it and send it directly to the recipient. Your choice.
Cancellations not made within 24 hours will be assessed a $45 fee.
All personal information collected in regards to clients, including security codes and client credit card information, is kept completely and strictly private and confidential. Information gathered is for the sole purpose of providing concierge and lifestyle management services. Billing the client for merchandise/fees and/or services rendered. At no time will the client's information be disclosed to a third party.
Please note that due to insurance restrictions, we cannot transport clients in our vehicles, nor can we drive any of our clients vehicles. Thank you for understanding.
