A client is what we create when we create an experience around the relationship we build with them. There is a lifetime value in having a client vs. a customer.
"People may not remember exactly what you said or did but they will always remember how you made them feel" so the question to ask yourself is how are you making your clients feel before, during and after doing business with you?
